  • Proprietary programs delivered by qualified professionals
  • Success markers are developed with the participant and management, and progress is measured according to the agreed upon criteria
  • Programs are led by a team of qualified professionals with backgrounds in counseling, senior level leadership and change management.
  • Participants are single gender and multi-industry
  • Programs are modular and can be delivered over a 12 month period
  • Primary participation occurs on-site on a bi-monthly basis. Off-site independent study is also required.
  • Periodic updates are provided to management
